As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, Florentine Restaurant and Bar, and illy Caffè at the stylish Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.
As our F&B Duty Manager, you will lead by example, showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.
As Our F&B Duty Manager, You Will Receive:
- Salary: £31,312 per annum plus Service Charge – Up to £37,500 per annum inclusive of SC
- Subsidised Travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable)

- Ensures our F&B outlets (M&E, Bar, Restaurant, illy Caffè, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
- Can inspire, coach, and mentor F&B team members
- Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
- Is available to work early morning, middle and late shifts

- Has previous experience working as an F&B Supervisor / F&B Team Leader in a hotel
