Responsibilities:- Open/close the Primo bar, manage shifts, maintain cleanliness, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Inspire, coach, supervise and mentor Bar team members.
- Work flexible hours between 4 pm and 2 am, including weekends.
- Be fully flexible to support the hotel’s other F&B outlets.

- Always lead by example.
- Have worked previously as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or Head Waiter/ess in a Bar environment.
- Salary: £14.46 per hour plus Service Charge (Up to £17 per hour inc. SC).
