Conveniently situated on the South Bank of the Thames, Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge features contemporary design throughout its 1,025 bedrooms and suites. As one of the best spots in London to enjoy an exotic cocktail with friends, Primo Bar offers not only a wide range of cocktails but also a selection of beverages and nibbles for all.
Responsibilities:- Open/close the Primo bar, manage shifts, maintain cleanliness, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Inspire, coach, supervise and mentor Bar team members.
- Work flexible hours between 4 pm and 2 am, including weekends.
- Be fully flexible to support the hotel’s other F&B outlets.

- Always lead by example.
- Have worked previously as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or Head Waiter/ess in a Bar environment.
- Salary: £14.46 per hour plus Service Charge (Up to £17 per hour inc. SC).
