We are seeking a Bar Manager who will oversee all bar operations, deliver exceptional service, and maintain an innovative drinks menu.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day‐to‐day bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high‐quality drink preparation.
- Develop and maintain an innovative and appealing drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beverages, aligned with customer preferences and business goals.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, stock control, and minimise wastage to meet financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop bar team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor the bar team, creating a positive and engaging team culture.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction within the bar area.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.

Have previous experience as a Bar Manager in a 5‐star hotel environment.
