You will receive:

  • Salary: £14.46 per hour plus great benefits

As a Master of your Craft you will:

  • Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
  • Be a hands-on Leader who ensures guests' needs are satisfactorily met
  • Play a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
  • Have previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel
