We are looking for ambitious Apprentice Chefs with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. The program will last 15 months, and as our Apprentice Chef, you will receive a training programme which will aim to broaden your horizon and sustainably practice your culinary skills.
The 15-month Apprentice Chef Programme will be based in our hotels and includes:
- Salary: £12.86 plus Service Charge
- On-the-job training and guidance
- Cooking competitions and supplier visits
- Heavily discounted hotel rates (extends to the Radisson Hotel Group and family & friends)
