Job Description

Our Junior Sous Chef prepares, produces, and presents memorable meals for our guests, applying their energy and enthusiasm to every task. We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Junior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to lead our In-room Dining kitchen producing some amazing multi-nation cuisine such as Palak Paneer, Braised Short Rib as well as Signature Burgers and much more. As a Junior Sous Chef , you will receive:

  • Salary: £36,400 per annum plus Tronc

  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

  • Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
