The Recruiter I will provide full cycle recruitment services for Park Place Technologies organizations. This fast-paced company is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for someone that can help us find the right talent to support our great workplace, our exceptional customers, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Creatively source and screen technical, engineering, customer service, sales, management and corporate staff positions.
- Create a pipeline of candidates that have the required experience, technical and professional proficiencies for existing and newly designed positions.
- Build trust and relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring objectives and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Develop sourcing strategies and consult with in-house experts to target search efforts.
- Create and deploy recruiting campaigns to attract talented active and passive candidates.
- Maintain a high level of client service to hiring managers and candidates ensuring a positive manager/candidate recruitment experience.
- Manage candidate process through both the company and UKG, our applicant tracking system.
- Meet required performance and metrics standards for work assigned.
- Share accountability for developing and maintaining employment branding tools, techniques, and efforts across a variety of channels.
- Support and administer internal employee referral program and other hiring initiatives, including on-campus or virtual career fairs.
- Enthusiastically represent both opportunities and the organization to prospective employees or sourcing partners.
- Demonstrate competence in the use and administration of Applicant Tracking, Requisition Status, Pipeline tools and time to fill of all current or pending assignments.
- Participate in company-wide projects.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all candidate, employee information or talent acquisition systems and processes.
- Ensure GDPR compliance at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience working as a full cycle recruiter in either an agency or corporate environment.
- 2+ years' use of ATS, CRM or HRIS System.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Experience sourcing and headhunting candidates.
- Experience interviewing and pre-screening candidates.
- Ability to present candidates to the Hiring Managers, assessing their skill competencies and required qualifications.
- Ability to manage confidential information and adhere to all compliance requirements, including Affirmative Action Plan.
- Fluent German.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in German or Italian is advantageous.
- Experience Recruiting in multiple regions within EMEA.
