Park Medical Practice is recruiting an experienced Practice Nurse to join our nursing team across Chaddesden, Borrowash and University of Derby sites. The role involves 26–28 hours per week and covers long-term condition management, immunisations, cervical screening, travel health and health promotion.
The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team led by the Clinical Nurse Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care and maintain robust documentation in SystmOne.
