Job Title: Hear Care Assistant/Microsuction Assistant
Location: Wembley, Ruislip, Willesden Green, and Colindale. The role requires working across all these clinic locations, with travel between them as needed.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, 1-hour break, 1-hour travel time between clinics, and 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Job Purpose
The Hear Care Assistant/Microsuction Assistant plays a key role in providing high-quality microsuction ear wax removal services and supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinics. This position requires flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations within North West London, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient clinic administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microsuction ear wax removal procedures for patients.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and screening tests.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support clinic administration.
- Ensure that clinics are well-organised and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, prioritising patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Support the overall operation of hearing care services.
- Participate in training and development sessions to uphold high standards of care.
- Assist with any additional tasks required to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Audiology or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience as a practitioner in a clinical or medical setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple clinic locations within North West London.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.
- Experience performing medical procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, ear irrigation, wound care, or minor surgical assistance).
- Certification in microsuction and ear wax removal (advantageous but not required).
- Valid driving licence (useful but not essential).
- Experience in audiology or ear care is preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, clinic-based role requiring travel between various clinic locations in London. The working hours are 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, with a 1-hour break and a 1-hour travel time between clinics. Flexibility to work one weekend day per month is required.
