Park Lord is a residential estate agency focused on providing a first-class service for our customers and a formidable platform for our agents to operate from. We offer digital advertising and high-quality content creation to gain maximum exposure for our agents' personal brands, properties, and clients. Our agents can work remotely and plug into our system from anywhere in the world while having access to our HQ in Marylebone.
This is a full-time role at Park Lord located in Great Portland Street, Marylebone, London with flexibility for some remote work. The role offers potential within a rapidly growing business and further potential to grow to a more senior role within the business. You will report directly to the Founder.
You need to be dynamic as no day will be the same. Tasks may vary from being on the move, at a property, at an event, or in the office. The most important traits we are looking for are someone who is proactive and can use their own initiative. Someone who can make decisions with confidence, backed up with reasoning.
Qualifications:- Experience in the residential real estate industry is required.
- 3 years+ experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Helpful to be ARLA qualified.
- Helpful to have experience with RPS/Reapit operating software.
- Helpful to have a full UK driver's license.
- Helpful to have bought and sold property personally.
- Helpful to have an interest in marketing & presentation.
Full Time Salary: In the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
