Supporting residents with personal care while promoting independence, privacy, and respect. Assisting residents with meals in a dignified manner, maintaining a calm and pleasant environment. Identifying and meeting social, emotional, and cultural needs, and organizing person-centred engagement. Supporting residents to utilize the environment, including outdoor spaces.
