Park Lane Club London is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to manage the kitchen operations at its Manchester 235 venue. The role involves overseeing food quality, staff training, safety compliance, and smooth coordination with front‑of‑house and management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure food meets specified standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food & Hygiene and Health & Safety legislation.
- Prepare and produce high‑standard dishes under senior kitchen staff specifications.
- Review employee performance, provide coaching and feedback.
- Maintain accounting and control procedures.
- Liaise with Casino Managers and the FoH team.
- Ensure kitchen areas remain clean and maintenance issues are reported.
- Promote excellent customer service standards and behaviours.
- Document observations, coach staff, and support company‑wide initiatives.
