Ensure all customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously. Engage with customers by explaining the benefits of player rewards and assisting with sign-up, including demonstrating the rewards journey. Receive and log telephone calls and other communications to the venue. Who You Are Excellent customer service skills. Courtous and friendly demeanor. Good grooming and presentability. Customer service experience in previous roles. Team player with a flexible attitude. Proactive and able to work autonomously. Effective communication skills, including with senior management. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel). High level of personal integrity. Strong work ethic and passion for exceeding expectations. Respectful and appreciative of others.
