The Role

To oversee the company’s food & beverage systems with the responsibility for its ongoing administration to ensure that we are maximising all the software’s potential to drive business efficiencies.

Main Duties

  • Ongoing daily administration of the procurement management, stock & restaurant/events systems to ensure that they are set up and working efficiently.
  • To work with our venue’s food & beverage managers and head chefs to ensure that the venues stock taking is being conducted correctly and efficiently.
  • To compile and send regular reporting from the data ascertained from the F&B systems.
  • Technical support and training on our F&B systems for the venue teams including remote assistance and onsite support.
  • Work with our EPOS controller to guarantee the integrity of all data obtained from our stock systems.
  • Bespoke project work to support the Director of Food, Beverage & Hospitality.
  • Support EPOS controller with general administrative duties for the F&B Department where required.
  • Provide training and support to F&B managers & chefs - and others as requested – to ensure that our systems meet business requirements both centrally and club level.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in stock taking using a software suite such as Procure Wizard, F&B Shop, Fourth hospitality or similar.
  • Good understanding of EPOS systems.
  • Strong experience, knowledge and understanding of restaurant reservations or events booking software such as Bookatable, Open Table, Design my night or similar software.
  • Experienced with standard Microsoft packages and the ability to learn and take on board the use of different software suites.
  • Ability to work off their own initiative and be flexible.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organised.
  • Analytical and Investigative.
