We are looking for an experienced Poker Dealer to join our fantastic team. In this role you must have previous experience working as a Poker dealer, be able to host live tables, and be fully aware of compliance and social responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure the Metropolitan Gaming experience is achieved.
• Through training and development, take on multiple dealing and gaming roles throughout the venue as required by management.
• Execute No Limit Texas Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha cash games and tournaments; Mixed and Dealers Choice games may be required after further training.
• Maintain control of the game when dealing; provide clear and confident communication when announcing hands, bets, winners and game progress.
• Shuffle and deal cards; calculate and pay winning bets; manage pots; collect rake; identify/act upon and report irregularities or violations of house rules.
• Manage chip transactions; answer questions and provide guidance on game rules.
• Provide entertainment and hospitality; customer service quality contributes to the venues and company’s success.
• Comply with all relevant legislation; be knowledgeable about Safer Gaming and Anti Money Laundering requirements; undertake regular training and raise concerns with line manager on duty as per SG and AML policies.

Please Note: You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week, so flexibility is required. Poker Dealers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet.
