What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Casino Dealer to join us, delivering exceptional service while dealing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and more. You\’ll run games with accuracy and energy, guide players, and create a fun, professional atmosphere. Flexibility for shifts in a 24/7 environment is essential, along with strong communication and composure under pressure. Dealers must stay compliant with Safer Gaming and AML policies and be ready to take on varied roles across the venue through ongoing training.
Main Responsibilities
- All dealers will be skilled in executing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker and through further training and where required Texas Hold’em Poker and Punto Banco.
- Through training and development be able to take on multiple dealing and gaming roles throughout the Venue as and when required by management.
- Provide all customers, guests and visitors with the highest level of customer service to ensure the unique Metropolitan Gaming experience is always achieved.
- Adhere to the company Gaming Manual for capabilities and standards.
- Maintain control of the game when dealing; shuffle cards, spin the wheel or deal cards; calculate and pay winning bets, change cash into house chips and take losing bets.
- Change chip colours for players and answer questions, providing guidance on game rules as needed.
- Deliver entertainment and hospitality to customers; customer service quality contributes to the venues and company’s success.
- Maintain an outgoing personality and composure with customers in a variety of situations.
- Comply with all relevant legislation, including Safer Gaming and AML requirements; undertake regular training and raise concerns with the line manager when on duty.
- This position requires working evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week; be flexible in scheduling. Spend a large portion of the shift on the feet interacting with the public.
Who You Are
- Hold a valid PFL licence
- Minimum requirement to have completed a table gaming training school
- Ability to deal a minimum 3 table games
- Agreement to deal on our live online gaming tables
- Experience of Punto Banco and Heads Up Hold’em are viewed favourably
- Customer service focused
- Fully flexible – Nights and shift work essential
