What We Are Looking For

Accountable for Metropolitan Gaming’s End‑User Computing function to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of desktop, laptop, VDI, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and user support services. Drive standardization, automation, user experience improvements, and technology lifecycle management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EUC operations including accountability for device management, endpoints, VDI environments, M365 collaboration tools, and printing services across all venues.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, incident resolution, and escalation management for end‑user devices and software.
  • Manage asset lifecycle procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement, disposal.
  • Responsible for all EUC related strategic initiatives, engineering and projects.

Technology Management

  • Maintain standards for endpoint configuration, security, patching, and software packaging.
  • Manage endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Citrix, etc.).
  • Coordinate rollouts of OS updates, application deployments, and security patches.
  • Optimize performance and availability for EUC tools and systems.
  • Accountable for all teams‑conferencing and AV facilities across all venues including hospitality areas.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure endpoint security compliance, encryption, MFA, antivirus, and vulnerability management is in place in accordance with security standards.
  • Support audits and maintain documentation for controls, asset records, and patching.
  • Accountable for Information Security policies and procedures aligned with IS2007 standards.

Strategy & Improvement

  • Develop EUC roadmap aligned with IT and business strategy.
  • Drive automation, self‑service options, and digital workplace enhancements.
  • Own development and engineering of EUC technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs; deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor EUC technicians and support teams.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, MSPs, and hardware/software suppliers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 + years hands‑on EUC experience, 2+ years in a lead role.
  • 5 years + experience of managing outsourced partners.
  • 5 years’ experience leading technical teams and service providers.

Strong Knowledge Of

  • Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, MacOS, AD/Azure AD
  • Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Application Deployment Software)
  • VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • Endpoint security and compliance practices.
  • Cloud Migrations.

The normal office base will be the Company support Office in London, Tottenham Court Road. You may be required to undertake frequent and regular travel as part of your normal duties. This may include overnight stays. You may also be required to work at any other of the Company’s establishments should the business need warrant it.
