Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall efficiency of the Electronic Department and ensure it operates smoothly for players.
  • Conduct regular inspections for tampering, repairs and maintenance of all gaming electronic units.
  • Provide clear training to trainee technicians and support gaming hosts involved with the EG department.
  • Maintain detailed records of machine inventory, upgrades and parts, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for servicing.
  • Apply knowledge of gaming systems, TITO, accounting and player tracking.
  • Configure and maintain data networking (Cat5/6 installation), working independently as needed.
  • Travel on short notice to local properties requiring urgent attention.
  • Assist in the development of ongoing and future technical projects.
  • Support Group EG departments with installations, including covering for resident site technicians on holiday.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and safely handle heavy equipment.

Qualifications

  • High‑standard data cabling and network installation skills (Cat5/6).
  • Server‑based knowledge of ER products, Unity and Fusion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer‑service background.
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self‑starter.
  • Experience with installation of electronic gaming and casino table equipment.
  • Proficiency in updating slot/ER machine software and general machine set‑up knowledge.
