Park Lane Academy is seeking a Teaching Support Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to help individual pupils or small groups reach their potential. You’ll support tailored teaching strategies, behaviour plans, and IEPs, while promoting inclusion and confidence in the classroom.
In this role you’ll work closely with teachers and families, contribute to a positive school culture, and help students access the national curriculum in ways that suit their needs.
