Whetherit's through targeted interventions or planned research driven programmes, you'll be right there, cheering them on and guiding theirprogress.
Youwill support inclusion leaders, in developing robust systems and processes thatsupport families and students wellbeing, and pastoral development. You'll help all our pupils feelincluded, confident, and excited to take part in school life-and access thenational curriculum in a way that works for them. With your greatcommunication skills and positive energy, you'll inspire, support, and bringout the very best in every child you work with.
