Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop the menu for the colleague restaurant.
  • Assist in creating dishes that cater to the various tastes and preferences of colleagues, taking into consideration allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of diverse and seasonal menus, incorporating feedback from colleagues.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages of ingredients and supplies through inventory management, while simultaneously overseeing costs to minimize waste and optimize the budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

  • Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of food and beverage trends and regulatory requirements.
