Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role:
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
- Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.
- Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
- Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
About You:
- Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are required.
