We are looking for an In Room Dining Commis Chef to support the smooth and efficient running of the Room Service kitchen, following direction from senior chefs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes for the in‑room dining menu, ensuring consistency and high quality.
  • Help with receiving, checking, and correctly storing ingredients to maintain freshness and food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations in line with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Room Service and wider Food & Beverage teams to ensure timely delivery of guest orders.
  • Observe and learn different sections of the kitchen to broaden culinary skills and knowledge.
About You

Ideally you will have experience working in a professional kitchen or culinary environment, along with a strong desire to grow your skills and contribute to a high performing team. You demonstrate solid foundational knowledge of food preparation and a commitment to maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices. You are motivated, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
