Oversee the daily operations of the Events Sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms.
Prepare and distribute events sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices as well as event orders for the operational teams.
Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions.
Maintain an organised record of event sales activities, client communications, and booking details.
Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
