Duties and Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper authorisation and coding.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month‑end closing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to maintain strong working relationships.
- Support the Finance team with ad‑hoc administrative and reporting tasks as required.
About You
You will have previous experience working in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service‑driven environment. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and familiarity with financial systems and Microsoft Excel are essential.
