As Events Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving meetings and events revenue, converting enquiries, and building strong client relationships across corporate, group, and social event segments.
- Representing Park Hyatt London River Thames with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, handling group and event enquiries, quoting hotel information, rates, and availability, and preparing tailored proposals and contracts.
- Conducting client appointments and site inspections, ensuring product knowledge, competitor awareness, and market insight are current.
- Managing the event sales journey from enquiry through to handover, ensuring all booking details are accurately recorded and communicated clearly to the Event Management and Operations teams.
- Working closely with clients, agents, regular guests, and third-party suppliers to plan memorable and sophisticated events.
- Monitoring prospect, tentative, and unconverted business to support conversion, assisting with monthly reporting, and collaborating with various teams to develop and retain accounts.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the Event Sales team.
