Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms, which includes preparing the bed, tidying the room, replenishing amenities, and refreshing towels.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience, such as arranging personal items, closing curtains, and placing bedside mats.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
About You
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
- Proficiency in conversational English to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
