Responsibilities
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms: prepare beds, tidy rooms, replenish amenities, refresh towels.
- Ensure all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide thoughtful touches to enhance the guest experience (e.g., arranging personal items, closing curtains, placing bedside mats).
- Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to meet guest preferences and special requests.
About You
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred. Strong attention to detail, passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate with colleagues and guests.
