As Director of Sales, you will shape and lead the commercial sales direction of Park Hyatt London River Thames, driving revenue performance across all segments. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role within the Leadership Committee, working closely with senior leaders to position the hotel as a leading luxury destination in London. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, proven sales expertise, and the ability to inspire teams and deliver sustained revenue growth in a competitive global market.
What You Will Do
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.
- Define and execute the hotel’s sales strategy to maximise revenue, market share and brand positioning across all segments.
- Drive proactive and strategic sales activity, securing high-value business and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to deliver aligned commercial strategies, including pricing, positioning and demand generation.
- Provide leadership oversight of sales performance, including forecasting, budgeting and pipeline management, using data to inform decision-making.
- Represent the hotel within the industry and build strong external networks to enhance visibility and commercial opportunity.
About You
You are a proven sales leader with extensive experience in a luxury hospitality environment, having operated at senior level within a competitive market such as London or a similar global city. Commercially astute and results-driven, you bring a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, and are confident managing key stakeholder relationships while representing a luxury brand with credibility and professionalism.
