Duties and responsibilities related to the Corporate Sales Manager role
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and use insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business, to include room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationships
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
