The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful running of the business with a focus on Food & Beverage. The Assistant Hotel Manager will lead the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
