We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The responsibilities of the Duty Manager include overseeing general operations, monitoring staff, and ensuring that customers are satisfied. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and possesses strong leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and make improvements as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of staff
  • Oversee customer service and handle complaints promptly
  • Monitor and manage staffing levels and schedules
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory and supply ordering
  • Report and document any observed issues, potential risks and any incidents
  • Communicate and collaborate with other team members
