Park Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in London. You will lead and develop the kitchen staff, design and deliver menus, and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a welcoming environment.
You will oversee rota, training, and health & safety, while driving GP and labour controls and contributing to sales growth through collaborative front-of-house teamwork.
