A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Housekeeping department; we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Supervisor to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping operation. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will supervise a team of Room Attendants whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that core standards are met within the housekeeping department. Previous experience of checking rooms is essential.
What will I be doing?
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain 4-star quality standards
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Allocate daily tasks and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Report maintenance issues and follow up
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Support the Accommodation Manager
