White Park Homes, a family-run business since the 1960s, owns and operates five Park Homes in Cambridge/Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire, specialising in housing for the elderly, seaside static caravans, holiday homes, and rentals.

Salary £18,000.00 Per Annam, and bonus subject to overall company performance.

Part-Time.

As the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive, this part-time with possible opportunity for full time position involves overseeing the CEO\’s schedule, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations. The ideal candidate will also contribute to relationship management, event coordination, and ad-hoc research, supporting the CEO in planning and executing external business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Offer comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing diaries, travel, and meeting arrangements.

– Foster key internal and external relationships, implement sales processes, and devise strategies for future business growth.

– Support day-to-day business operations, handling online bookings, inquiries, and creating marketing materials for sales and rentals.

– Collaborate on assigned projects and research to assist the CEO.

– Coordinate meetings, liaise with event organiser, and manage administrative aspects of external events.

– Handle confidential information, organise files, and draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

– Actively support the Director of Finance & Operations in their capacity as Company Secretary.

– Organise and facilitate management/staff meetings, providing ad-hoc executive support to team members.

– Attend events and meetings as necessary to support the CEO.

Skills and Attributes:

– Proficient in literacy, verbal reasoning, and computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite.

– Experience in meeting Company Secretary obligations.

– Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

– Confidence, proactiveness, self-motivation, and reliability.

– Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

– Minimum of 3 years\’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for professional certification in office management.

– Familiarity with standard office administrative practices and procedures.

– Experience working with Board Level Directors.

While historically based in the Cambridge office, this role may occasionally require attendance at external events and meetings this role can by hybrid.
