We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our business operations, ensuring efficient processes, strategic planning, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, business analysis, and team leadership, with the ability to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction within our commercial operations.

Park Homes UK Ltd is a family business which owns 21 care homes in West Yorkshire, North West and East England and Scotland. and this role will involve regular travel to our care homes.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s commercial goals and growth targets
  • Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamline and optimise business processes, ensuring that operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of waste, and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the commercial operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of commercial operations and identify areas for improvement.
