We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering compassionate support.
Must have: Care work experience to a senior level.
Meds trained
Care qualifications and training.
Enhanced DBS.
References.
Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating.
Support residents with mobility and physical activities.
Maintain accurate care records and assist in the development of care plans.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Provide emotional support to residents and promote their independence.
Assist in the organisation of recreational activities for residents.
Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is desirable.
Ability to create and implement care plans effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
Familiarity with working in a care home environment.
Fluency in English language.
Providing care: 2 years (required).
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
