Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor residents\’ health conditions, recognize changes, and take prompt action as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to care staff to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
- Liaise with residents\’ families, offering updates and support regarding care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Qualifications
- A valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council registration).
