Description

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and caring Registered Nurse to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding clinical care, promoting dignity and well-being. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and care planning.
• Provide leadership and support to care staff.

Experience

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
