We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and caring Registered Nurse to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive outstanding clinical care, promoting dignity and well-being. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
Monitor residents’ health and well-being, responding promptly to any changes.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and team members.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and care planning.
Provide leadership and support to care staff.

Experience

Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Prior experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
