We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Norman Hudson Care Home. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial/laundry cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects

Working 2 to 4 hours per day on a part-time shift basis
