The care home: Heartly Green is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with some wonderful places to relax in and enjoy the company of family and friends, including lounge areas and some themed areas for residents to enjoy quiet moments as well as a large accessible garden. All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities; we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely. We run an extensive activity programme and support people to enjoy days out in the community too. By getting to know our residents, we are able to offer activities that meet their different passions and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plans
- Support, mentor, and supervise Health Care Assistants
- Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)
- Monitor and record service users' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Liaise with nurses, families, and external professionals
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns
- Ensure care records are accurate and up to date
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
