Holly Park Care Home is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated

Senior Care Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team.

You will ensure residents receive dignified, respectful, and individualised care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support care staff during each shift.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

Administer medication safely (where trained and competent).

Complete and maintain accurate care records and documentation.

Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly.

Support new staff members and promote best practice.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.

About You

You will have: Previous experience working in a senior care role within a residential or nursing care setting.

A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

A good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.

Medication administration experience is preferred.
