Hazel Bank Nursing Home is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the home. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintain excellent clinical standards, and create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home

  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
