Munches Park Care Home is looking for a dedicated

Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our busy care home.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and external professionals while providing essential administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team.

About the Role

As our Care Home Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the home running efficiently while providing a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors and answering telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Managing reception duties and maintaining a friendly front-of-house service.

Supporting the Home Manager with general administration.

Maintaining accurate resident and staff records.

Coordinating meetings and maintaining calendars.

Managing filing systems and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.

Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.

Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding and HR paperwork.

Supporting compliance with CI and company policies where required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who: Has previous administrative experience (care home or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential).

Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Has strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Can prioritise workload and work independently.

Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
