The care home: Pemberton Fold is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with some wonderful spaces to relax in and enjoy company, including homely lounges and a large accessible garden. All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities, we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely. We run an extensive activity programme with activities that meet the different passions and interests of our residents with fun one-to-one as well as group activities such as arts and crafts. We also support people to enjoy days out in the community too.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care in line with individual care plans
  • Support, mentor, and supervise Health Care Assistants
  • Assist with medication administration (where trained and authorised)
  • Monitor and record service users' physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Liaise with nurses, families, and external professionals
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and safeguarding concerns
  • Ensure care records are accurate and up to date
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive care environment
