Job details Healthcare Assistant Full time The home Heartly Green is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with some wonderful places to relax in and enjoy company of family and friend, including lounge areas and some themed areas for residents to enjoy quiet moments as well a a large accessible garden.
All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities, we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely.
We run an extensive activity programme and support people to enjoy days out in the community too.
By getting to know our resident we are able to offer activities that meet their different passions and interests.
Key
Responsibilities: Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing Administering medication Monitoring health and wellbeing Maintaining records and reporting any changes Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
Providing emotional support and companionship.
Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes.
Supporting people with social and physical activities.
