The home Heartly Green is a warm, welcoming and friendly home with some wonderful places to relax in and enjoy the company of family and friends, including lounge areas and themed areas for residents to enjoy quiet moments as well as a large accessible garden. All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities; we encourage residents to personalise their rooms to make them more homely. We run an extensive activity programme and support people to enjoy days out in the community too. By getting to know our residents, we are able to offer activities that meet their different passions and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing
- Administering medication
- Monitoring health and wellbeing
- Maintaining records and reporting any changes
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes
