About the Role

As a Bank Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, respected and supported to live fulfilling lives. Your duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Assisting residents with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
  • Supporting residents with meals, hydration and nutrition.
  • Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Promoting independence and encouraging participation in daily activities.
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  • Maintaining accurate care records.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver outstanding care.

What We're Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant (preferred but not essential).
  • Hold a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable).
  • Are kind, patient and genuinely passionate about caring for others.
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Can work flexibly across day, night, weekend and bank holiday shifts.
  • Are reliable, professional and committed to delivering high standards of care.
