Cornwall Park is a warm, friendly and welcoming home that provides specialist residential care and support for up to 30 older people and people living with dementia. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing Administering medication Monitoring health and wellbeing Maintaining records and reporting any changes Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks. Providing emotional support and companionship. Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes. Supporting people with social and physical activities.
